Hi there, I'm Michelle!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both California and Utah and have been providing therapy services for 5 years. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I have been trained and certified in trauma treatment, and my other areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, foster care/adoption, domestic violence, and sexual abuse.
My focus
I enjoy working with clients of all ages, especially those recovering from traumatic experiences or dealing with anxiety, depression, or faith struggles and transitions.
My approach
I am an eclectic therapist and pull from many different modalities based on my client's individual needs. I lean heavily on cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment, and positive psychology therapy approaches. I begin by working with you to build a healthy therapeutic relationship.
