My focus
I work with clients on anxiety, ADHD, attachment, trauma, depression, life transitions, parenting, and family and couples issues. I have experience with first responders, health care workers, LGBTQ populations, and CPTSD.
My approach
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories to help you process difficult experiences. I'm also trained in couples therapy and men's and women's health issues. These approaches help reset your nervous system and build new patterns.
