I find joy in working with all of my clients, while helping them navigate life's curveballs. Be it the unique challenges that arise as an individual, married, at home, work, school, in the police or fire departments, the NFL, the MLB, or collegiate athletics. Or, after losing your individual identity after starting a family, or after retiring.
My focus
My ideal client comes to therapy with the intention of working towards a solution and to hopefully finding some relief from whatever is ailing them. Therapy is not one size fits all, and I hope to assist them with finding their path to success.
My approach
My approach starts with Empathy and Compassion! My primary goal is to understand my client's core values and who they really are. Through the therapeutic process, and lots of active listening, I’ve helped many clients reach an array of outcomes.
