My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable expressing themselves openly. At the same time, I provide thoughtful feedback and practical guidance to help clients gain insight and make meaningful progress.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider was shaped by a deep commitment to supporting individuals and communities facing emotional, social, and systemic challenges. Early in my career, I worked closely with children, adolescents, and families in educational settings, where I witnessed how mental health, family dynamics, and environmental stressors.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by creating a collaborative, structured, and supportive therapeutic process that focuses on both insight and practical skill-building. At the beginning of treatment, I work with clients to clarify what they would like to change, improve, or better understand in their lives. Together, we create a plan.

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we’ll get to know each other & begin building trust. I’ll invite you to share what brought you in—whether it’s a specific challenge, a pattern you’ve noticed, or just a sense that something isn’t quite right. We’ll talk about your goals, what you hope to gain from therapy.
