My client focus is adults who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck—often while juggling responsibilities, expectations, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with experience anxiety, chronic stress, grief or loss, self-doubt, & difficulty setting boundaries, even though they may appear high-functioning to others.
My approach
My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the whole person. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and emotionally safe, so I focus first on building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and transparency. I meet clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences.
