Hi there, I'm Megan!
Welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Nevada. I would love to meet you and see if we would be a good fit. I always feel honored to work with my clients and be a part of their healing. I work with teens and adults, often those who are neurodivergent and/or queer, as a neurodivergent lesbian myself.
My focus
The clients I most frequently work with are those who have a history of trauma, are neurodivergent, or queer. I have an emphasis on working with teens and creating an environment with autonomy and authenticity that allows for natural connection. I also collaborate with parents to support family relationships in the home environment.
My approach
The foundation of my approach to therapy is humanistic. I recognize the inherent good in people and help you find your personal answers and voice. You are ultimately the expert on yourself and your life. I use a variety of modalities to guide you in that process, such as Narrative, CBT, Emotion-Focused, Somatic, IFS, and Brainspotting.
