I have experience dealing with children diagnosed with emotional and educational disabilities. I have worked with children and adolescents with ADHD, anxiety, depression, conduct disorder, and oppositional defiant disorder, among others. My desire is to help others find joy and appreciate their uniqueness, in addition to reaching other goals.
My focus
I am interested in working with all age groups. I am sensitive to cultural differences and those struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues.
My approach
I utilize an eclectic approach, including the integration of mind and body wellness techniques. In most instances, I focus on an evidence-based approach such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
