I am a very direct therapist who works well with all diverse populations to provide a calm, safe, open, non-judgmental space for my clients to achieve the best of their abilities with growth and long-term stability.

My journey to mental healthcare

Through personal experiences, I have always felt I wanted to understand why people do certain things and have certain behaviors. I have always been a supportive, caring, and open-minded individual, and I enjoy providing knowledge, values, and skills to people while they go through difficult times in their lives.

I feel it is best to conduct a treatment plan with your clients so they feel comfortable with the obtainable goals of their therapeutic process.

Our first session

I allow my clients to guide the first session to ensure they are comfortable. It is important to create a rapport with them for a positive therapeutic process. I will always meet the clients where they are at.
