I work with people suffering from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, complicated grief, and relationship issues. I also support the LGBTQ+ population around sexual identity, relationships, and coming out. Listening in a caring and empathetic manner helps me develop trusting relationships.
My focus
I work with clients seeking improved awareness of their behavior patterns and the impact on their functioning and relationships. I also support people struggling with life stressors, helping them highlight strengths they can utilize to work through problems and establish and maintain meaningful connections.
My approach
I incorporate CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Anger Management, Relaxation Training, and Psychoanalytic Treatment into my practice. I treat all clients with sensitivity and respect, creating an atmosphere where you can cope with difficult times and challenge yourself through struggles to become stronger.
