Hi there, I'm Lauren!

My approach varies based on what the client needs, and I use a variety of methods throughout treatment. I specialize in addiction, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and life transitions.

My focus

I have worked in the addiction field for the majority of my career. This has allowed me to work with clients with a vast majority of struggles, mental health diagnoses, and backgrounds. I have most commonly treated addiction disorders, trauma-related disorders, and mood disorders in my career.

My approach

I practice client-centered, emotionally focused modalities in treatment. Motivational interviewing, CBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-focused therapy are all approaches I have used during my time as a clinician. I have found that each client requires a unique form of treatment.
