I am an active listener and strive to create a safe space where you can feel truly heard. Together, we'll gently explore your challenges and uncover the strengths and coping tools that can help you feel more grounded and safe.

My journey to mental healthcare

While visiting homebound elderly, I could see how lonely and sad some of them were. They had few visitors, and some had anxiety and depression due to their isolation. That's when I realized I wanted to do more and decided to pursue further training.

My goals for you

We'll start by discussing what feels most important to you—whether that's healing from loss, easing anxiety, or adjusting to life transitions. As you grow and discover new insights, your needs may change. We'll adjust our therapy goals to meet you where you are. My role is to walk alongside you by offering support.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll take time to talk about what's been happening in your life and what led you to reach out. You'll have space to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We'll also begin exploring what you hope to gain from therapy and how I can best support you.
