I love working with people who want to understand themselves better, deepen their self-awareness and grow into more authentic and fulfilling versions of themselves. I've worked in clinics, one hospital, private practice, and community settings for more than 15 years. I have assessed and treated individuals with a wide range of disorders.
My focus
I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, traumas, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, relational problems, self esteem issues. I help clients manage difficult emotions and pathological beliefs as guilt, self-doubts, shame, powerlessness, etc., and together we build practical coping tools and strengthen self-confidence.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach to psychotherapy. I select tools and interventions based on each client's unique needs. Our work may include exploring core beliefs, developmental history, and personal value systems. I also incorporate mindfulness, lifestyle adjustments, and creativities to help clients cope with stress and life challenges.
