My focus
I work with individuals, couples, and families managing Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Adjustment, Personality, and Attachment Disorders, and other trauma-related challenges. My clients are learning to navigate stressful predicaments and traumatic events while building healthier responses and relationships.

I provide a personalized, eclectic approach tailored to each client. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Jungian, and psychodynamic theories as foundations, but adjust my style and focus as your perspectives, barriers, and boundaries evolve.
