As a clinician I worked together with my client utilizing an eclectic approach. I do work with my client by offering them a client centered, non-judgmental and a safe space for my client to create a rapport. I do work with the whole person to better understand my client and to put down the needed treatment plan.

I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.”

Your first session with me is a way to get to know each other, provide you with the safe space and nonjudgmental space to share whatever is on your mind. Again, I do that with client to get some needed information and to start building rapport.
