My primary experience is with adolescents, adults, and 65+; I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, conduct disorder, intermittent explosive disorders, child-age difficulties, school/work stressors, adjustment issues, and those involved in the legal system.

My approach is client-centered, I meet you where you are at, and provide support, empathy, and guidance at whichever pace is most comfortable for you! Every individual is different, and my approach is to work together as a team to identify your specific treatment goals. I use primary CBT, DBT, and humanistic approaches.
