My communication style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I listen closely and respond with empathy, while also being honest and direct when helpful. I balance compassion with gentle guidance, offering reflections and tools you can use both inside and outside of sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with a deep curiosity about people's stories and a desire to support others through life's challenges. I saw how meaningful it can be to have a safe, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, and I felt called to create that for others.

My goals for you

I help you reach your goals by first exploring what matters most and identifying the changes you'd like to see. Together, we break larger goals into manageable steps, creating a plan that feels realistic and empowering. Throughout therapy, I provide guidance, tools, and encouragement.

Our first session

In our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you can share your story at your own pace. I'll ask questions to understand what brings you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to gain. We'll talk about your goals and what feels most important to focus on right now.
