I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I work with clients statewide who seek therapy for various issues. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, stress, interpersonal relationships, and depression, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients make progress and start feeling better.
My focus
I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for adult clients aged 18-70 who may be dealing with challenges in their relationships and emotional distress. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma, grief, self-doubt, issues in interpersonal relationships, family issues, anger management, motivation, and more.

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, as both modalities help me and the client build a shared understanding of their reality and allow us to work together to forge a path forward.
