My communication style

In my sessions, I aim to create a calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where your well-being is the top priority. It is important to me that clients feel emotionally safe, heard, and respected from the moment they arrive. I strive to meet each person with empathy, patience, and genuine presence.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up in New York City, I saw individuals with mental health challenges often overlooked or stigmatized. From a young age, I felt called to help, volunteering with the homeless and later serving as a hospital peer educator for teens. These experiences taught me that meaningful care begins with empathy, presence, and connection.

My goals for you

I adopt a collaborative and individualized approach to goal setting. I believe that meaningful goals should stem from the client's own values, needs, and readiness, rather than solely from clinical objectives.

Our first session

The first session focuses on building a therapeutic connection and gathering important information, while also ensuring that the patient feels safe, heard, and understood. I adopt a calm, conversational approach to foster an environment of trust and collaboration.
