I have an uplifting and welcoming tone that helps create a safe and inviting environment. I believe clients feel supported, valued, and heard when working with me. While the focus is on your thoughts, I help you challenge them to empower yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I initially pursued a different career path but fell in love with counseling after taking my first class. That discovery led me to explore the field more deeply and ultimately commit to becoming a therapist.

My goals for you

I find that asking what your hopes are for therapy and including you in goal-setting works best. When you bring concerns to the table, I reflect what I hear to help us establish realistic goals together.

During our first session, I want you to feel hope. You have found someone who is not only going to listen but also help give you the tools needed to find success in your everyday life, currently and in the future.
