Congrats on reaching out to begin your healing journey. Life can be difficult, why not have someone in your corner to help teach you the skills to make it easier. Whether you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, Bipolar or Borderline Personality tendencies, or every day anxiety, I am here to walk this new path with you.

My focus

I work with adults (18+) who may be experiencing symptoms of a mood disorder (Depression, Bipolar), Borderline Personality Disorder, any suicidal ideations or self harm behaviors that may come with these diagnoses.

My approach

I utilize skills from multiple modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. No patient or session is alike and that is why I use a mix of each modality to tailor towards your goals.
