My communication style is warm, encouraging, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable sharing openly and asking questions. I am an active listener who takes time to understand each client’s experiences, concerns, and goals, and I value open, honest communication throughout the treatment process.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a nurse practitioner was shaped by caring for patients whose mental health concerns were often overlooked. Seeing how untreated anxiety and depression affected daily life reinforced my belief that mental health is just as important as physical health and deserves equal care and compassion.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting as a collaborative process, focusing on clear, realistic goals that align with each client’s priorities. Goals are broken into manageable steps and reviewed regularly to support steady, sustainable progress at a comfortable pace.

Our first session

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive conversation where I take time to understand your concerns, history, and goals. I provide education about symptoms, diagnoses when appropriate, and treatment options, and we work together to develop an individualized plan moving forward.
