Hi there, I'm Selina!

I am a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry (NPP). My approach to mental healthcare is to meet every person with interest, compassion, empathy, and respect. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.

I have experience treating patients with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, borderline personality disorder, and many other diagnoses. I enjoy working with people who are seeking help for a wide range of symptoms.

My approach

I believe that people seeking mental healthcare deserve my compassion, respect, attention, and commitment to their treatment. I often use concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy when working with clients.
