I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I support clients in strengthening emotional regulation, communication, self-esteem, and healthy coping strategies.

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to each client’s needs. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help clients manage emotions, improve coping skills, and build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in daily life.
