I work with adults and couples navigating depression, anxiety, relational dynamics, life stressors, grief and loss, and trauma. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported as we address what brings you to therapy.

I work with young adults transitioning into adulthood, individuals dealing with past trauma, current life stressors, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and grief. I also support couples seeking better communication, healing from infidelity, and building intimate, satisfying relationships.
My approach
I use an eclectic and holistic approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, trauma-focused work, somatic and mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic therapy. For couples, I integrate the Gottman Method. My first priority is building a trusting relationship so I can understand your unique needs and tailor our work together.
