My focus

My client focus centers on adults and couples who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, or stuck in repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Many of the clients I work with are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, mental illness, and trauma.

I believe in using various treatment models in therapy to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to each of my clients' specific needs. I also follow the biopsychosocial model, which is a framework for understanding health and illness that takes into account the interactions between biological, psychological, and social factors.
