I want to personally congratulate you on starting your journey! I'm here to make sure that it is meaningful to you. I believe in a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and building off the previous sessions' successes. I'm here to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to grow.

My focus

Together, we will find the best treatment course for you to succeed. ADHD, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship struggles, family conflict, and past trauma are some of the most common issues identified and improved through treatment. No matter the issue, we will walk the journey together and identify goals that you will find attainable.

My approach

I am a strong believer in respect and partnership! My clients are ages 5 to adult, experiencing biological or situational life challenges that prevent them from being their best selves. Through our work together, we will find the best solution or series of interventions that improve the situation and life quality.

My communication style

I believe any partnership requires clear and open communication. In our sessions, you will have a nonjudgmental and supportive environment to share your thoughts and feelings, and identify next steps for processing and resolution. Even through the most challenging life circumstances, you will walk with the most confident, supportive environment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My clinical career began from a deep desire to help others be their best selves. I have had the privilege and opportunity to help many individuals and families attain the clarity, resolution, sustainability, or peace they needed. I want to help you, too!

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we'll continue to build our work together over time. It's completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through the process.
