Hi there, I'm Octavia!

Taking the first step in contacting a mental health professional can be very hard and scary. As a Black and Hispanic Woman, I know how much harder that step can be as a person of color. Everyone deserves a warm and safe space to be able to tell their truths, and that is what I aim to provide.

If you are looking to start a journey of self-discovery and growth—building skills in mindfulness, assertiveness, emotional regulation, and healthy interdependence so you can live with greater clarity, confidence, and connection, then I am the therapist for you!

My approach

I believe that everyone is the author of their life story, and I am here to help you continue that story. I do this through the utilization of Strength-Based, Humanistic, and Mindfulness-Based techniques. Together we can process emotions, traumas, achieve goals, and develop healthy coping skills.
