I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. I am trained in body work, trauma-focused therapy, and finding your strengths to find solutions to problems. Life isn't about your problems, but how you solve them.

I work with adolescents to adults. Everyone is a patient who is treated with dignity and respect. My passion is helping teens, adolescents, and adults trust their instincts, and repair relationships, or help with family conflict.

I am trained in trauma work, cbt, somatic, emotion regulation, identifying symptoms, triggers, coping skills, and practicing coping skills.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey was shaped by my own struggles with postpartum depression, trauma, and an adult ADD diagnosis. My healing process—working on relationships and gaining self-insight—was transformative, and it's what I hope to share with my clients.
