Stress and anxiety often get in the way of us leading our best, fulfilling, and most productive, lives. The good news is there are tools and skills that can help individuals work through even the most difficult of times. My goal is to help provide you with these skills and strategies so you can apply them to daily life challenges.
My focus
If you are experiencing anxiety or a life changing event is causing you distress I can provide you new ways of thinking about how you feel regarding situations and life stages that make them more tolerable. In addition, I work with individuals experiencing, or who are recovering from, narcissistic abuse.
My approach
My approach primarily combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in a way that best fits a client's individual needs. I like to jump in with skill development right away and assign homework to do between sessions to help work on goal attainment.
