My name is Cassandra Zocco, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State. I work with adults ages 18+ and specialize in anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders.

I have worked with a wide range of diagnoses, but my passion lies in helping individuals overcome the challenges posed by anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma. I find immense fulfillment in guiding individuals toward a path of resilience, self-acceptance, and emotional stability.
My approach
I use a dynamic and holistic therapeutic approach, drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs. These approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
