I believe in reality therapy along with Humanistic therapy. I have a passion for working with those struggling in relationships, whether couples, marriage, or family. I also enjoy working with those who suffer from depression and anxiety. I have expertise in substance abuse, postpartum, infidelity, and narcissism.
