I'm a wife and mother of two teenagers who brings warmth and experience to my practice. I specialize in helping people navigate OCD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported.

I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, self-esteem issues, relationship conflicts, personality disorders, parenting challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. I'm here to help you navigate whatever brings you to therapy.

My approach

I believe therapy is both science and art. I weave together I-CBT, ACT, DBT-informed techniques, and somatic therapy to thoughtfully assess your needs and design interventions that support your healing and recovery. My approach is collaborative and tailored to what works best for you.

I use a trauma-informed perspective to ensure you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally safe. My priority is creating a space where you feel respected and confident to engage fully in your healing process.
