I work with adults struggling with relationship issues, family conflicts, stress, anxiety, social phobia, ADHD, mood disorders, grief, and high-functioning autism spectrum disorder. I also support children with developmental or behavioral issues and parents navigating stress.

I tailor my approach to your needs, drawing on Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. A strong rapport is essential to change. With care and understanding, we can take a problem-solving approach to whatever is on your mind.

My journey to mental healthcare

I immigrated to the United States as a young woman and know what it's like to start something new. I've embraced the challenges of navigating unfamiliar surroundings. I look forward to meeting clients with their own unique stories, backgrounds, and histories.

I believe developing specific goals is an essential part of therapy. Goals are best developed collaboratively and can be referenced, re-evaluated, and updated throughout our work together.

I focus on establishing a safe space and building rapport. I meet you where you are with your concerns and assess any risk factors. We'll also develop a working plan for how future sessions will go as you start your journey.
