My journey to mental healthcare

Started as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse and then as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, then finally as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner; each step of the way, the common factor was mental health and seeing firsthand how it impacted your physical health. Seeing how much mental health is important means we need to focus more on mental health.
