My ideal client is navigating relationship issues, big life transitions, anger management, or coping with anxiety and stress. I offer many resources and coping mechanisms, such as deep breathing and other helpful techniques, to help you overcome these challenges.
My approach
I create a non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and supported. I show empathy and work with you to process emotions and feelings. I introduce coping strategies for stress and anxiety, and use CBT to help restructure thinking and overcome depressive feelings. I also assist with relationship issues and life transitions.
