My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been drawn to helping people, regardless of what my position was; I always found myself working to help others. I have worked in a variety of settings, including community clinics, the family court system, & forensic settings. It is my privilege to see people learn about themselves and make positive changes to transform their lives.

I set goals collaboratively, honoring each client’s unique needs and values. We break big hopes into small, achievable steps, creating flexible goals that evolve with your journey. My focus is on empowering you to feel supported, track progress, and celebrate growth along the way.

In our first session, you'll find a safe, supportive space where your experiences are truly heard and respected. We'll take the time to understand your unique challenges and begin setting clear, achievable goals all at a pace that feels comfortable for you. This collaborative, trauma-informed approach lays the foundation for trust and healing.
