Hi there, I'm Margaret!

I work with adults coping with stress, depression, anxiety, and grief. I use a holistic, strength-based approach and enjoy helping clients improve their overall health and wellness and develop a more purposeful, meaningful life.

My focus

I am most comfortable treating Anxiety Disorders and Depression. I typically work with clients having difficulties managing stress, navigating relationship challenges, making important decisions, and adjusting to life transitions and losses. I love to help clients manage parenting, career, aging, caregiving, and health challenges.

My approach

I use evidence-based approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I help clients identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthy coping and problem-solving skills, and improve their overall well-being. I often use Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Yoga, and Breathwork with clients.
