My focus

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing marriage and family issues, PTSD, readjustment challenges, grief and bereavement, and LGBTQ+ concerns.

My approach

I use client-focused, reality-based talk therapy combined with CPT, CBT, and family therapy approaches. I have extensive experience with military culture, PTSD, and readjustment issues, helping clients work through trauma and build practical coping strategies.
