My approach
I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you better understand how your thoughts impact your emotions and behavior. Our work together is practical, supportive, and collaborative, with an emphasis on tools you can apply outside of sessions. When helpful, I may also draw from mindfulness and other techniques tailored to your needs.
