My clients consistently tell me that they feel heard, respected, and cared for. I will give you my full attention, and we will work together to establish your goals.

My goals for you

Goal setting allows us to evaluate how and if our needs are being met. The foremost goal is to establish a therapeutic relationship. I have found that goals change as the therapy deepens/continues. Goals are never set in stone.

Our first session

I will introduce myself and tell you a bit about myself. I will ask you to share pertinent family history, what you hope to gain, and what your foremost concerns are. I may do an anxiety and depression screening. I will tell you that the first meeting is primarily for us to establish whether we are a "good match".
