I am an empathetic listener. I am compassionate and sincere. I believe in cause and effect; people can change their destiny by practicing mindfulness and positive behaviors.

My journey to mental healthcare

My training is in child welfare. I worked as a case worker. I went to graduate school to become a psychiatric social worker. I saw it as a calling, not a job. I wanted to advocate for the mentally ill, poor, and disenfranchised people.

I partner with my clients to help them identify realistic goals and objectives.

Our first session

Clients should feel safe and cared for during a first session with me. They should feel confident because I am a professional with extensive mental health experience. They should be relieved because they are getting the support that they need.
