Hi there, I'm Michele!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxious thoughts, recurring sadness, self-doubt, or a difficult life transition? My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.

My focus

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, and personal growth. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to explore what you’re experiencing, recognize your strengths, develop effective coping tools, and build greater confidence, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach

I use a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach that draws from CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools to manage stress and emotions, and work through difficult or traumatic experiences.
