I use a person-centered, humanistic approach in therapy, being genuine with my clients and helping them through giving my clinical perspective on their situation, so that they may be strengthened and gain problem-solving strategies to resolve the problems in their lives.

I work with all clients. I have experience treating problems of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief, and substance abuse.

My journey to mental healthcare

Providing counseling and therapy is a passion of mine. Since early in my college education, I have geared my focus in studying psychology and then continued with studying mental health counseling.
