My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I’ve seen how powerful self-understanding and compassion can be. Over the years, I’ve worked with people who’ve been through stress, loss, and self-doubt—and I’ve learned that with the right support, real change is possible for anyone.

My goals for you

I explore clients' treatment goals and guide them in that direction; however, the session takes on a life of its own based on what surfaces. Our inner "system" contains wisdom and knows where we need to go. Usually, it leads us to an inner child who needs our attention. Once we bring them healing, the symptoms we struggle with naturally subside.

Our first session

Our first session is relaxed and focused on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s been bothering you, and what you’d like to change. I will guide you in how to connect to your inner world, and perhaps give you insight into your struggle. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a plan that feels doable and supportive.
