I specialize in helping adults, couples, and families break through anxiety and relational conflict. I also help folks unpack their racial identity development, as requested. Lastly, I help couples identify trauma responses to intimacy. I also provide clinical supervision for LMSWs. Licensed in NY & DE.

My communication style

A gentle heads-up: If you're looking for a passive therapist, I am likely not the right fit. I will, however, be gentle and supportive while asking direct questions to help you reflect on where you are.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a provider from my experiences observing how my neighbors and classmates navigated traumatic circumstances. It provided deep insight into my own desire to become a solid, caring provider.

Our first session

I won't lie; most clients find their first sessions to be pretty boring! There's usually lots of paperwork and questions, as well as getting to know your needs and setting expectations.
