I was drawn to mental healthcare by my deep compassion for others and desire to make a meaningful impact. I'm passionate about understanding the complexities of the human mind and helping individuals navigate their challenges. Witnessing your growth and resilience fuels my commitment.

I listen to understand your concerns, hopes, and challenges, then we define realistic, measurable goals and break them into manageable steps. I provide guidance and support while staying flexible.

You can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel comfortable. I'll spend time getting to know you, asking about your history, current concerns, and previous treatment experiences. I'll listen with empathy and without judgment, explain the treatment process, and begin developing a collaborative plan tailored to your needs.
