I also work with first responders such as police, firefighters, EMTs, and nurses who have experienced or witnessed physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My approach
I customize therapy based on your needs using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation with Mindfulness, and Acceptance approaches. My therapy uncovers underlying issues that contribute to maladaptive life patterns. I believe psychological symptoms communicate what we've been unable to speak.
