My journey to mental healthcare

My career began by working with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and later transitioned to supporting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Currently, I work as a home-based family therapist.

I approach goal setting collaboratively by exploring your needs and the outcomes you desire. You know yourself best; I am here to guide you as you enhance your skills to create change and meet your needs.

Our first session

In our first session, we will discuss your needs and goals for therapy, as well as your background and current challenges. I'll answer any questions about the therapy process, my approach, or anything else you're curious about.
