My journey to mental healthcare

I started my journey as a therapist with a special interest in the Latino community. I studied Spanish and became a mentor to numerous Latina women. Additionally, I am a mother/stepmom of nine children and was able to see the need for mental health providers who were able to work with the challenges associated with blended families.

My goals for you

I work collaboratively with my clients, as I believe they are the experts in their own lives. Together, we will design a treatment plan that they can take with them and refer to even when therapy with me ends.

Our first session

The first session will be longer in duration than the following sessions, as we will complete an intake and diagnostic assessment.
