Hi there, I'm Jawhan!

I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders such as separation anxiety, GAD, OCD, ADHD, and panic disorders. I also specialize in life transitions and working with diverse populations, including minority races and the LGBTQ community.

My approach

In therapy, I make a big focus on creating rapport with all of my clients, as I feel it is essential for the best treatment possible to feel a sense of trust, active listening, and communication between therapist and client to ensure the best therapeutic alliance possible. I specialize in using skills from CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
